Continuing Education Dates: The Annual Commission Update Course is due each year. Elective course completions are due at the time of renewal.
Hours Required by Colorado Division of Real Estate: 24 hours.

An initial broker's license expires on December 31st of the year in which it was issued. During that initial licensure period, no continuing education is required.

Course Hours Daily Limit: The Colorado Division of Real Estate allows a maximum of eight (8) continuing education hours to be taken in a 24-hour period.
Seat Time: The Colorado Division of Real Estate requires a timing device for all distance education courses to ensure that courses cannot be completed in less time than the approved credit hours. Please note that your course will time out after several minutes of inactivity.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
