Notice to Kansas and Missouri Dual Licensees: If you also hold a Missouri Real Estate license, be sure to request credit for that license, at the time of registration, before you start the course. The Missouri Real Estate Commission has very strict final examination requirements that must be met to receive credit.

Changes to Core Course Requirement: Effective July 1, 2020: All licensees are required to complete 12 hours of CE every two years consisting of at least three mandatory hours, titled Kansas Required Core, and nine elective hours. The Kansas Required Core replaces the salesperson/broker core. After the effective date, an existing salesperson/broker core completed before July 1 transfers to the Kansas Required Core. An existing broker core completed before July 1 will transfer to elective credit. Brokers who renew after July 1, 2020 will not need to complete the broker core, only the Kansas Required Core and elective hours.

Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.

Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.

Limitations

There is no limit to the number of CE hours that may be taken through distance education.
